20th IGWT SYMPOSIUM COMMODITY SCIENCE IN A CHANGING WORLD September 12th - 16th 2016, Varna, Bulgaria

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We would like to thank you for your interest and already received participation notification in the upcoming 20 th IGWT Symposium which will be held in Varna in September 12th - 16th 2016.

With this letter we want to inform you that the Symposium website is ready and you can find it on the following web address http://igwt2016.ue-varna.bg/. You will also find there valuable information related to the Symposium, the registration process, important dates, preparing abstracts, and more. Abstracts and papers for the 20 th IGWT Symposium are required to be uploaded electronically. After registration it will be possible to login in the Upload abstracts/papers section, using the email address provided during registration and the chosen password. Papers titles and author(s) details should be submitted by January 29th , 2016, and full papers by March 31 st , 2016. The electronic registration form, editorial requirements and article template, as well as all other information, including instructions for the authors can be found on the Symposium website http://igwt2016.ue-varna.bg/.

The Organizing Committee offer to the participants one place for accommodation because the hotel management offers a special reduced price for the Forum – more details for the hotel you will find in Accommodation section at the website. We will organize the transfer to the University and back to the hotel for the participants by buses. We have to reserve the hotel in advance and that`s why you should choose and fill in the registration form what kind of room your prefer (single or double). According to the information you gave we will send a list with the names of the participants and reserve the rooms at the hotel. Please fill in this information not later than April 15th 2016.

You will find the bank account number in BGN, USD and EUR on the Symposium website. We would like to ask you to write carefully all the details which we write as a reason for payment - name of the participant, university in a payment transfer title and a note: Symposium fee for the 20th IGWT.
