Scientific research work is connected with: cuticle of fresh fruits and vegetables – composition, changes in the composition during cold storage of fresh fruits and vegetables and its influence on the quality of the stored fruits and vegetables. My PhD Theses (2002 – 2006) had the following theme „Study of the cuticle and the storage of plum fruits“. Areas of Scientific Interests: Quality and safety of foods; Plant waxes, cuticle plant waxes – properties and application in the composition of edible films and coatings; Edible coatings; Customs policy. Total number of publications – 75, including: PhD Theses referat; Мonograph – 2; Studia – 4; Scientific papers – 34; Popular scientific papers – 2; Scientific reports – 23; Textbooks and educational appliances - 10.
